With many systems on the market the organisation was cautious and wanted a company and software that would understand their requirements around contract management.
Target (developers and product owners of Accord) approached RSPB with their contract management and reporting system, Accord. Accord allows their procurement department to keep on top of their supplier contracts by helping them centrally store and manage their contracts and supplier data, while also making the relevant documents accessible to staff with the appropriate permissions.
Target have worked closely with the organisation to help identify business challenges and create solutions for their requirements around supplier data and contracts management. Through some additional development by Target, the Accord system now includes:
